Practice Experience:
Practices mainly in the area of complex commercial and business litigation and has experience handling a wide variety of cases including the defense of actions in both State and Federal Court, including, without limitation, defense of alleged breach of contracts, violations by the Federal Trade Commission (alleged violations of Telemarketing Sales Rule/Common Enterprises/Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices/Do Not Call List), commercial foreclosures, non-compete violation allegations, fraudulent transfers allegations, sales out of trust allegations, Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) violation allegations, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) violation allegations, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violation allegations, and breach of contract allegations.
Practice experience in the areas of administrative law, employment law, and appellate law as well as transactional matters. Additional practice experience in floor plan financing, retail financing and leasing, and franchising.
Joelle Bordeaux, Esquire is a Florida Board Certified attorney in the area of Business Litigation. When she obtained Board Certification status in Business Litigation in 2020, there were less than 1/3 of 1% of all attorneys in Florida to hold this distinction.

Background:
Joelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toledo, in Ohio and her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007 and carries a strong work ethic instilled by her parents. Before joining Englander Fischer in 2023, Joelle had her own private practice in which she assisted many clients in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Automobile Law. She is board certified in Business Litigation and brings further depth to the firm’s litigation teams. She will handle an extensive variety of commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as in administrative agencies. When she is not working, Joelle enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and lives in Ruskin, Florida.
