Joelle Bordeaux
Joelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toledo, in Ohio and her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007 and carries a strong work ethic instilled by her parents.
Before joining Englander Fischer in 2023, Joelle had her own private practice in which she assisted many clients in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Automobile Law. She is board-certified in Business Litigation and brings further depth to the firm’s litigation teams. She will handle an extensive variety of commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as in administrative agencies.
When she is not working, Joelle enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Attorney Bordeaux has a wide range of experience in business law and construction matters including but not limited to breach of contract actions, construction defect, fraudulent transfer, mere continuation assertions, non-compete, unfair competition, negligent and fraudulent misrepresentations, etc.
Attorney Bordeaux became Board Certified in 2020. As of 2024, there are only 214 lawyers in the state of Florida that hold this distinction which is less than 1% of the total attorneys in the state of Florida.
- Represented Defendant Homeowner against General Contractor who failed to properly perform construction work without construction defects. Lawsuit was filed. Successfully settled at Mediation with payment to Homeowner.
- Represented Finance Complaint against an Automobile Dealer that failed to pay in accordance with the terms of its contractual agreement. Successfully obtained Summary Judgment in Summary in favor of Finance Company.
- Represented Defendant regarding alleged Agreement to Sell Assisted Living Facility to Lessor. Counterclaim Asserted. Successfully obtained Summary Judgment in favor of Client on Complaint and Counterclaim.
- Represented Company against an Employee who left and took confidential and proprietary information. Successfully obtained Injunctive Relief.
- Represented Homeowner who had a pool installed at home which had major, continuing problems. Successfully resolved matter.
